You need your wallet id and the recovery code what you have printed, right?
Simply enter the wallet id in the corresponding field, scan the recovery code or copy the plaintext code in the field and a new password in the password field.
When you do not have the code you can not recover the access. Please do not contact us as there is nothing we can do for you in this case.
